Celfocus was responsible for maintaining and evolving Ooredoo’s mobile app, which serves as a central hub for users managing pre-paid and post-paid plans, internet packages, and TV subscriptions. To meet the fast-paced delivery requirements and technical complexity, Celfocus needed to scale its team with skilled mobile developers.
