The Challenge
Celfocus, responsible for the ongoing development of Du’s mobile app, needed additional engineering capacity to implement new features within a limited timeframe. The challenge involved contributing to an existing codebase, maintaining app stability, and aligning with telecom industry expectations under tight delivery pressures.
The Vision
The aim was to improve Du’s self-care experience by introducing high-impact features, without disrupting existing systems. With targeted support from external engineers, the vision was to scale up delivery while keeping full control over code quality and platform performance.
Our Approach
MW Talent provided two senior mobile developers who joined Celfocus’ team. One focused on native iOS (Swift) and the other on native Android (Kotlin) development. The engineers worked remotely during most of the engagement, then transitioned to an on-site presence in Dubai during the final weeks to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
